Ingredients

  • 300 g White chocolate (10.5oz)
  • 3 Tablespoons Smooth peanut butter (I used drizzly peanut butter for ease)
  • Few Tablespoons Cake sprinkles (for decoration, optional)

Instructions

  • Line a tray with baking paper. If you want your bark to be on the thicker side, use an 8x8-inch tin to stop it from spreading too much.
  • Melt the white chocolate then spread it out into a small rectangle on the lined tray.
  • Drizzle the peanut butter on top of the melted chocolate in lines then use a toothpick to blend it in and create a marbled effect.
  • Top with sprinkles if using, or any other topping that you like.
  • Let the bark sit out at room temperature for a few hours until the chocolate is fully set. Then break or cut it into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
