Ingredients

Golden Oreos

Strawberry jelly/jello powder

Full-fat cream cheese

Red/pink cake sprinkles to decorate
Instructions
Using a food processor or blender, blitz the Oreos into fine crumbs.
Add the crumbs to a large bowl then stir in the strawberry jelly powder.
Add the cream cheese and mix well. When it's starting to stick, use your hands to press everything together into a ball.
Divide the mixture into 15 equal-sized pieces and roll into balls. Place them on a lined baking tray and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Melt the white chocolate then dip the Oreo balls into it until well coated. Place them back onto the lined baking tray and top with the sprinkles.
Refrigerate for 1 more hour until set then enjoy!
