Strawberry Oreo Balls

Ingredients

  • 308 g Golden Oreos (10.8 oz)
  • 23 g Strawberry jelly/jello powder (0.8 oz)
  • 150 g Full-fat cream cheese (⅔ cup)
  • 350 g White chocolate (12.5 oz)
  • Red/pink cake sprinkles to decorate

Instructions

  • Using a food processor or blender, blitz the Oreos into fine crumbs.
  • Add the crumbs to a large bowl then stir in the strawberry jelly powder.
  • Add the cream cheese and mix well. When it's starting to stick, use your hands to press everything together into a ball.
  • Divide the mixture into 15 equal-sized pieces and roll into balls. Place them on a lined baking tray and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Melt the white chocolate then dip the Oreo balls into it until well coated. Place them back onto the lined baking tray and top with the sprinkles.
  • Refrigerate for 1 more hour until set then enjoy!
