Instructions

  • Line an 8x8-inch tin with baking paper and set aside.
  • Break up the white chocolate and add it to a double boiler along with the condensed milk.
  • Place over medium-low heat and stir gently until the chocolate has melted and the mixture becomes thick and glossy.
  • Remove it from the heat and gently stir in the Skittles. You can leave a few for the top if you like.
  • Transfer the fudge mixture into your lined tin and spread it evenly into place. Top with remaining Skittles.
  • Refrigerate the fudge for 4 hours until firm. Then remove from the tin, cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
