Chocolate Pretzel Marshmallow Bark (Rocky Road Bark)

Ingredients

  • 40 g Salted pretzels (1.4oz)
  • 50 g Mini marshmallows (1.7oz)
  • 300 g Milk chocolate (10.5oz)

Instructions

  • Line a tray with baking paper.
  • Crush the pretzels into medium-sized pieces and add them to a large bowl along with the marshmallows. You can set a few aside for the topping if you like.
  • Melt the chocolate and add it to the bowl. Mix well until the pretzels and marshmallows are evenly covered in the chocolate.
  • Transfer the mixture to your lined tray and spread it out into a rectangle shape. Top with leftover pretzels and marshmallows.
  • Place the bark in the fridge for around 2 hours, or until the chocolate is fully set. Then break or cut it into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge. This will last for a few days with pretzels on top, or up to 3 weeks without any toppings.
