Line a large tray with baking paper.
Wash the strawberries then gently pat them dry with kitchen roll.
Melt the candy melts in a heat-proof bowl in the microwave, stirring them every 20-30 seconds to prevent seizing.
Dip the strawberries into the candy melts, then transfer them to your lined tray, letting the excess spread out in front to create ghost 'tails' (see images or video if you're unsure).
Let the strawberries sit out at room temperature for around 45 minutes until the candy coating has fully hardened.
Melt the milk/dark chocolate then transfer it to a piping bag. Cut a very small piece of the tip off then pipe two eyes and a mouth onto each ghost strawberry.
Leave the strawberries out at room temperature again until the chocolate has set, then enjoy!
