Sweetened condensed milk
(14oz)
½

4
bars
Mint Aero chocolate bars, roughly chopped
(108g/4oz total)
180
g
Mint Aero bubbles
Instructions
Line an 8x8 tin with baking paper. This will make it easy to remove the fudge from the tin once it's set.
Break up the white chocolate and add it to a saucepan with the condensed milk.
Place the saucepan over low heat on the stove and stir gently until the chocolate has melted. The mixture should be quite thick.
Remove from the heat and quickly stir in the peppermint extract and green food colouring.
Mix in half of the Aero bar pieces and half of the Aero bubbles. The chocolate should begin melting and create a nice swirly pattern!
Transfer the fudge mixture to your lined tin and press into place. Top with the remaining Aero bar pieces and bubbles.
Refrigerate for 4 hours until firm, then cut into squares and enjoy.
