Ingredients

  • 450 g White chocolate (16oz)
  • 397 g Sweetened condensed milk (14oz)
  • ½ Teaspoon Peppermint extract (or 1 teaspoon if you want a stronger mint flavour)
  • Few drops Green gel food colouring
  • 4 bars Mint Aero chocolate bars, roughly chopped (108g/4oz total)
  • 180 g Mint Aero bubbles

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8 tin with baking paper. This will make it easy to remove the fudge from the tin once it's set.
  • Break up the white chocolate and add it to a saucepan with the condensed milk.
  • Place the saucepan over low heat on the stove and stir gently until the chocolate has melted. The mixture should be quite thick.
  • Remove from the heat and quickly stir in the peppermint extract and green food colouring.
  • Mix in half of the Aero bar pieces and half of the Aero bubbles. The chocolate should begin melting and create a nice swirly pattern!
  • Transfer the fudge mixture to your lined tin and press into place. Top with the remaining Aero bar pieces and bubbles.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours until firm, then cut into squares and enjoy.
