White Chocolate Pretzel Bark

Ingredients

  • 300 g White chocolate (10.5oz)
  • 70 g Salted pretzels (2.5oz) plus a few more for topping

Instructions

  • Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
  • Break the pretzels up into medium-sized pieces and stir them into the white chocolate.
  • Transfer the mixture to your tray and spread it out into a rectangle shape. You can make it as thin or as thick as you like.
  • Top with more pretzels if desired.
  • Let your bark sit out at room temperature or pop it in the fridge for a couple of hours until the chocolate is fully set. Then break or cut it into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

  • This bark will last for a few days with pretzels on top and up to 3 weeks without. Keep it in an airtight container in the fridge.
