Instructions
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
Break the pretzels up into medium-sized pieces and stir them into the white chocolate.
Transfer the mixture to your tray and spread it out into a rectangle shape. You can make it as thin or as thick as you like.
Top with more pretzels if desired.
Let your bark sit out at room temperature or pop it in the fridge for a couple of hours until the chocolate is fully set. Then break or cut it into pieces and enjoy!

This bark will last for a few days with pretzels on top and up to 3 weeks without. Keep it in an airtight container in the fridge.
