Ingredients

  • 55 g Crinkle cut potato chips salted (2oz)
  • 300 g Milk chocolate (10.5oz)
  • Sea salt (optional, to sprinkle on top)

Instructions

  • Line a tray with baking paper.
  • Add the potato chips to a bowl and crush them into medium-sized pieces.
  • Melt the chocolate and add it to the bowl. Mix well until all of the chips are covered.
  • Transfer the mixture to your lined tray and spread it out into a rectangle shape. Sprinkle with sea salt if using. Don't add any chips on top as they'll become stale quite quickly.
  • Place the bark in the fridge for around 2 hours, until the chocolate is fully set. Then peel it off the baking paper and break it into shards. Enjoy!
