Add the potato chips to a bowl and crush them into medium-sized pieces.
Melt the chocolate and add it to the bowl. Mix well until all of the chips are covered.
Transfer the mixture to your lined tray and spread it out into a rectangle shape. Sprinkle with sea salt if using. Don't add any chips on top as they'll become stale quite quickly.
Place the bark in the fridge for around 2 hours, until the chocolate is fully set. Then peel it off the baking paper and break it into shards. Enjoy!
